ANSWER:


The cardiomediastinal contours are within normal limits. There are diffuse reticular and ill-defined nodular opacities seen throughout both lung fields, with no focal airspace disease identified.
There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.
The bones and soft tissues are unremarkable


He was admitted under the General Paediatricians, transfused and then treated with Clarithromycin and Cefuroxime. He was also treated with Septra though this was not continued.
