ANSWERThe HRCT of the chest showed subtle ground glass appearance of both lungs with a few focal areas of confluence. Superimposed on this were multiple peripheral nodules. No adenopathy or effusions were seen. Findings are consistent with bilateral non-specific reticular nodular disease.
