The oral contrast goes into lung with a repeat study as per the report by the radiologist. There is a consolidation of the right lower lobe without any abnormal vessels. This finding suggests a communicating bronchopulmonary foregut malformation such as bronchoesophageal fistula or esophageal bronchus.
