ANSWER:


There is a diffuse ground glass abnormality effecting the lung parenchyma which is striking in that it shows sparing of the more central parts of the lung. On this background of ground glass change there are scattered micronodules throughout the peripheral areas of the lungs. There are some small hilar lymph nodes but no mediastinal lymphadenopathy. There is no pleural fluid and no intralobular septal thickening.

He also had CT of his sinuses which showed only minor mucosal thickening.
