The Physician was concerned about her large amount of blood loss as per the history of 1-2 cups of hemoptysis 3 times in 2 weeks. The airway, breathing and circulation were checked. Her vital signs were stable and no supplemental oxygen was required. The intravenous maintenance fluid was given as well as Cefuroxime and Clarithromycin for empirical antimicrobial therapy.
