Our Answer

A Port catheter is seen, as well as gastrostomy projecting over the stomach. The patient shows very little subcutaneous body fat. There is marked bronchiectasis and atelectasis involving most of the left lower lobe. Peribronchial thickening was seen throughout, with multiple small nodules seen throughout the right lung and to a lesser extent on the left. Findings were consistent with dramatic cystic fibrosis.

Further imaging included a CT of the chest.

The next screen shows a representative slice of the CT.
