ANSWER
This chest radiograph shows marked changes in the short interval between the films. There is patchy opacification especially in the apices and in a peripheral distribution. There is a suggestion that there are cystic changes in the apices.IS THERE ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU WOULD SPECIFICALLY SEEK FROM THE FAMILY IN THIS CASE?
