AAAAA retraction

ANSWER
There is dense opacification within the right upper lobe. Internally a focal area of lucency is developing suggesting cavitation. There are increased interstitial markings diffusely throughout both lung fields which could be related to infectious etiology or edema.

SUMMARY
XX is a 9 month old female admitted with respiratory symptoms and right upper lobe consolidation not responding to antibiotics.
