The endoscopy (upper and lower) revealed the following:
Skip lesions and multiple apthous ulcers of the sigmoid and transverse colon. The terminal ileum was normal. Histology demonstrated focal duodenitis, chronic active colitis and non caseating granulomas of submucosa of the colon and rectum.
ANSWER
The lung biopsy showed irregular scattered non caseating granulomas found perivascular, within septae and peribronchial. Adjacent lung was intact.The endoscopy (upper and lower) revealed the following:
