ANSWER
The HRCT of the chest showed subtle ground glass appearance of both lungs with a few focal areas of confluence. Superimposed on this were multiple peripheral nodules. No adenopathy or effusions were seen. Findings are consistent with bilateral non-specific reticular nodular disease.TO SUMMARIZE, he is a 12 year old boy presenting with acute pneumonia who is clubbed. He has chronic lung disease with multiple nodules and a protein losing enteropathy.
