ANSWER
PFTs showed a moderate reduction in FVC and FEV1, a normal FEV1/FVC ratio, a reduced TLC and a reduced diffusion capacity. These results suggest a restrictive lung defect with abnormal gas transfer capability. It should be noted that the flow volume loop (not shown) suggests some small airway narrowing with a scooping at the very end at very low lung volumes.This
