Dr. Miranda Kirby is an expert in quantitative multi-modality imaging of lung disease. She has received external awards from the Canada Research Chair Tier 2 and the Parker B. Francis Foundation. She is funded by NSERC; CIHR Operating, Team and Catalyst grants; NIH; and the Lung Health Foundation. She has published over 80 manuscripts with over 3,000 citations. She serves as Biomedical Imaging and Therapy Theme Lead at iBEST (St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto) and internationally as co-Chair of the Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance, a North American initiative to advance quantitative imaging.
