Action Plans

Patient resources and tools facilitate communication between the patient, the physician and other healthcare professionals (e.g. pharmacists, certified respiratory educators, etc.)

CTS and its members work collaboratively with the Lung Association and other partners to develop evidence-based patient resources.

NOTE to PATIENTS: The Canadian Thoracic Society is a professional association and as such does not provide medical advice to individual patients. A referral to a lung specialist (respirologist) must be initiated by a primary care physician.
