Conference registration is not considered confirmed until full payment is received. All conference registration fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the CRC 2021 – April 5, 2021.
Conference registration includes admission to the CRC 2021 virtual platform beginning Monday, April 5 at 10:00 (Eastern time) until April 30, 2021 at 16:00 (Eastern time).
Admission to the online platform will allow delegates access to all of the scientific program sessions (live and on-demand content), as well as access to the networking lounge, the poster hall and the sponsor display area.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Only registered delegates may claim access to the conference.
Cancellations received in writing by March 8, 2021 will be refunded in full less a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 8, 2021. All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used no later than (30) days after cancellation has been approved.
Substitution is permitted up to and including April 5th with written notice to email@example.com.
The Canadian Thoracic Society reserves the right to cancel the conference due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for refunding conference registration fees only.
