In this presentation, we will review pulmonary hypertension diagnosis, classification and management. This will include an approach to the condition from both the cardiology and respirology perspective, including key patient groups pertinent to pediatric respirology.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:

  • Define and classify pulmonary hypertension in children;
  • Consider the diagnosis and how to approach it in key pediatric respiratory populations; and
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary approach to pediatric pulmonary hypertension.
