This presentation will present an overview of the historical approach to the management of interstitial lung disease and will then present the concept of a ‘treatable traits’ approach to the management of interstitial lung disease.

At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Provide an overview of the historical approach to the management of fibrotic interstitial lung disease;
- List the advantages and limitations of a ‘treatable traits’ approach to the management of fibrotic interstitial lung disease; and
- Apply a ‘treatable traits’ approach to the management of fibrotic interstitial lung disease to their patients.
