Dr. Birubi Biman has been a respirologist in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for the past 23 years. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at NOSM University and Section Chair of Internal Medicine. She is passionate about teaching in the undergrad and postgrad medical programs at NOSM U, and she has a strong interest in airways disorders. Her current research projects include airway inflammation – sputum cell count testing in respiratory patients in NWO and hyperpolarized gas imaging in lungs.
