2020 Call for Nominations – Due: March 9th, 2020

The CTS Executive Committee invites members to submit nominations for the following awards to be presented in conjunction with events at the Canadian Respiratory Conference in Niagara Falls, April 2020:

CTS Distinguished Achievement Award  

This award recognizes the exceptional leadership and service of individuals who have furthered the mission and objectives of the CTS in respiratory health.  Click here to download the nominations form.  The award will be presented at the CTS Annual General Meeting on April 16th, 2020.

CTS Award for Dedicated Service  

This award has been created to recognize exemplary commitment and support to patients and colleagues at the community level.  Click here to download the nominations form. The award will be presented at the CTS Annual General Meeting on April 16th, 2020.

Lifetime Achievement in Pediatric Respiratory Medicine  

The CTS Pediatric Assembly Executive invites members to submit nominations for the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award. This award has been created to recognize career-long contributions to pediatric respiratory medicine, education and research. CRHP Distinction Award  

The CRHP Leadership Council invites members to submit nominations for the 2020 Distinction Award.
