Global Convention Services is the onsite show services vendor at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. To support your exhibit experience, they have developed an online portal where you can access all onsite exhibitor services including renting furniture for your booth.

Each 20′ × 10′ booth includes:
- 8′ high black backwall drape
- 3′ high black sidewall drape
- Two (2) 6′ skirted table (black with white vinyl top)
- Four (4) padded dark grey chairs
- One (1) booth ID sign
- One (1) wastebasket
STANDARD Booth
Each 10′ × 10′ booth includes:

All displays must remain within the contracted booth space and comply with venue and fire regulations.
Insurance
Each exhibiting company must maintain in force, insurance that meets the minimum requirements set out in the show rules and regulations on the exhibitor portal. In order to exhibit at the Canadian Respiratory Conference (CRC 2026), a company is required to either submit a certificate of insurance confirming the insurance requirements are met or complete this information below.
If you have not already provided this document, please email it to CRC@cts-sct.ca before March 4th, 2026.

Cross Connect is the official customs brokerage in partnership with Global Convention Services.

Exhibitor Services
Exhibitors may order services including electrical, internet, audiovisual, furniture, booth cleaning, and décor from Global Convention Service through the Exhibitor Service Kit. Ordering deadlines and discounted pricing will be outlined in the kit.
Exhibitor Registration & Badges
- Each booth includes 2 complimentary exhibitor badges
- Additional badges may be purchased at a fee
- Badge pickup location: Registration Desk, Hall E
- Pickup hours: April 16, 2026 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Badges must be worn at all times in the Respiratory Innovation Hub.
Policies & Onsite Requirements
- Compliance with venue fire and safety regulations is required
- Booths must be fully staffed during exhibit hours
- Booth sharing or subletting requires written approval
- Insurance certificates are required
Marketing & Visibility
- Exhibitor listings are included in the conference app and website

Wi-Fi & Security
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in public areas. Dedicated or hardwired internet must be ordered through the official provider.
Security will be present during exhibit hall hours; however, exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their own materials and equipment.
